You are in the driver's seat for sessions. That said, I will provide a gentle structure to focus on the goals we’ve identified together. We may use reflection, practical exercises, mindfulness, or mind-body approaches to help you build insight, heal from unhelpful patterns, and create lasting change. Each session is collaborative and tailored to your needs.
It’s natural to want support for your teen or young adult, and I’m here to help. Teens and college students do need to consent to therapy, so the best first step is for your child to sign up for a consultation themselves. You’re also welcome to email me with questions about the process, how therapy works, or ways to support your child. I’ll help guide you in encouraging them to get the support they need—while keeping the space safe and empowering for them.
