Hello

I’m so glad you’re here. Working with me feels steady, supportive, and hopeful. I believe therapy isn’t about “fixing” yourself or overhauling your entire life. Instead, it’s a space where you can safely open up about your struggles and be met with acceptance and curiosity—rather than judgment. Through this process, we build insight, explore unhelpful patterns, and move forward with growth, clarity, and a sense of hope.

My Philosophy

My approach begins with the relationship we create together. Therapy is a space designed just for you—one where you don’t have to perform, explain yourself perfectly, or have everything figured out. I show up with care, curiosity, and genuine investment in your wellbeing, creating a foundation of trust and safety where it becomes easier to share both what feels heavy and what feels meaningful.

From this place, we gently begin to look beneath the surface. We slow things down, listen closely, and make space to notice patterns, emotions, and experiences that may have been quietly shaping your inner world. This can be especially helpful during periods of transition—like navigating adolescence, college, relationships, or early adulthood—when life can feel uncertain or overwhelming.  Growth unfolds through awareness, compassion, and understanding—rather than pressure or force.

My work is integrative and intuitive, shaped by both clinical training and a deep respect for the mind–body connection. As a yoga teacher, I weave in elements of yoga philosophy, somatic awareness, and acceptance-based practices alongside approaches like CBT and DBT. Together, this allows therapy to feel grounded and holistic—supporting healing that honors the whole person, not just the parts that feel “stuck.”

A bit about me personally

Outside of sessions, you might find me heading to a yoga class, reading by the pool, winding down with a favorite show alongside my partner, or going for a walk with friends. These moments of connection, movement, and rest are grounding for me, and they inform the way I show up in my work.

Those who know me often describe my personality as gentle and warm, paired with a strong work ethic. I bring that same balance into the therapy space—offering steady support while staying deeply engaged in the work we do together.
