Hello
I’m so glad you’re here. I believe growth begins with creating space for curiosity, self-compassion, and understanding. Life isn’t about “fixing” yourself or completely overhauling who you are—it’s about learning to better understand yourself, navigate challenges, and move forward with intention.
Through mindfulness, mental health education, and reflective practices, I hope to provide a space where you feel supported, encouraged, and reminded that growth is possible.
My Philosophy
My philosophy is grounded in the belief that people are not problems to be fixed—they are individuals with unique experiences, strengths, and stories.
As an MSW student working toward becoming a licensed therapist, I am continuing to develop the skills needed to support others through compassionate, evidence-based care.
I believe meaningful growth begins when we create space to slow down, reflect, and better understand ourselves. Rather than focusing on perfection or quick fixes, I value approaches that encourage curiosity, acceptance, and a deeper connection with yourself.
My background in social work, yoga, and mindfulness has shaped my appreciation for the connection between our thoughts, emotions, and bodies. I am passionate about sharing accessible tools and perspectives that support overall wellbeing while honoring the complexity of each person's individual journey.

A bit about me personally
Outside of sessions, you might find me heading to a yoga class, reading by the pool, winding down with a favorite show alongside my partner, or going for a walk with friends. These moments of connection, movement, and rest are grounding for me, and they inform the way I show up in my work.
Those who know me often describe my personality as gentle and warm, paired with a strong work ethic. I bring that same balance into the therapy space—offering steady support while staying deeply engaged in the work we do together.
